The annual WECA Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) is a dynamic three-day event for youth leaders across our service area. Area students have an opportunity to develop their leadership skills while learning about the purpose, operation, and scope of cooperative businesses.

This year's (2023) YLC will be held at UW-Stout, scheduled for July 11-13.
